These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and Big Vibe Co (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms.

Big Vibe Co is an online retailer that creates and sells custom, print-on-demand merchandise. We partner with third-party providers, including Printful, to handle printing, fulfilment, and shipping. Because of this arrangement, some of our policies reflect Printful’s requirements.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase products from us.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to place an order.
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity under that account.

2. Orders & Fulfilment

All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately and may not be cancelled or modified.
Fulfilment and shipping are handled by Printful and other third-party partners. Delivery times are estimates only.

3. Product Information

We do our best to describe and display products accurately. However, colours, sizing, and details may vary slightly due to print processes and screen displays.
Because items are custom printed, small variations are not considered defects.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you.
If tracking shows delivery, but you have not received your package, you must raise a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

5. Returns & Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only offered for defective, damaged, or misprinted items, or for packages lost in transit.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order (or 30 days from the estimated delivery date if not received).
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or colour preference. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.
For hygiene reasons, sealed goods such as face masks cannot be returned.

6. Prices & Payments

Prices are listed in your selected currency and may change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. You represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

7. Taxes & Duties

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or import duties depending on your location. Where legally required, we may collect and remit sales tax or VAT.

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, graphics, and related content on our website are the property of Big Vibe Co or our licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided on an “as-is” basis. Except as required by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our products and services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia (or mandatory consumer law where applicable).

Because we use Printful as our print-on-demand provider, your rights and obligations relating to production, shipping, returns, and refunds are subject to Printful’s operating policies, which we incorporate here by reference.
