Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made to order using print-on-demand services, our refund and return process follows the policies set by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Please read the details below.
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will work with our manufacturers to investigate the issue, and if the claim is approved, the replacement or refund will be provided at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Approved claims will be covered at our expense.
Wrong Address
If the address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned to our provider's facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our manufacturer. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days if not resolved.
Returns by Customer
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please check our sizing guides carefully before placing an order. If you choose to return an item for reasons outside of misprints or defects, the cost of reshipping or placing a new order will be at your expense.
Excluded Items
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods such as face masks cannot be returned or refunded once opened. These items will be disposed of by our manufacturer if returned.
EU and Brazil Customers

EU Consumers: Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, personalised items and sealed goods unsealed after delivery are not eligible for return.

Brazilian Customers: If you regret your purchase, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, including a photo of the item. Items that have been used or damaged cannot be refunded.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to the designated facility. If a return is sent elsewhere, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Note: Because all products are custom printed to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges except in cases of misprints, defects, damaged goods, or lost packages.
